Important update: -- 1:10 pm Monday -- We are switching to a new compute cluster tomorrow morning, Tuesday June 28.
At 8:00 am we will stop adding new jobs to the existing (LSF7) cluster. At 10:00 am we will terminate any jobs which are still running before switching over to the new (UGER) cluster.
We expect to be up and running on the new cluster at 10:00 am and up to full capacity by noon.
For our non-profit and academic users, we offer the use of a pilot (beta) GenePattern server hosted at Indiana University's (IU)
National Center for Genome Analysis Support (NCGAS). The GenePattern server at IU provides access to significantly more compute
resources than we are able to provide through this Broad-hosted server, and so we would especially encourage those users wishing
to run many jobs, and/or compute intensive jobs, to consider using the IU server. If you are interested, please see this page
for important information.
